What's involved? Cultivating Advice is an Implementation Program rather than a traditional coaching program so participants will:
- Be expected to share examples of their implementation with advisory clients to receive one-on-one critique/fedback and coaching to fast-track their growth in skills, pricing ability and delivery of client value;
- Receive a set of drafted and priced client engagement documents (non-product) (note: numbers of engagement documents drafted depend upon subscription levels for each participating advisory firm);
- Adheres to new required standards of professional advance.
- Attend weekly community insights reviews via hookup sharing insights, experiences, learnings from among the group;
- Attend monthly Cultivating Advice Discovery training webinars;
- Be provided with two seats at each quarterly Cultivating Advice Program every quarter in Sydney; Be provided with online access to all implementation materials, scripts, agendas, templates for their implementation;
- Be provided with ad hoc implementation support (note: levels of ad hoc support differ dependin upon sub scription levels for each participating advisory firm);
- Be expected to share and compare their progress against the group's implementation benchmarks;
- Sign confidentiality agreements to protect their client's best interests obligations and limit usage of Cultivatin Advice materials.
